If you are an admin and would like to remove seats or downgrade
certain seat types from your plan during subscription renewal, please fill
out this form as specifically as possible.
Requests for changes must be submitted at least
7 days prior to your subscription renewal date. Subscription plan
reductions will not be accepted after your renewal has processed. (This
restriction is only for plan reductions - adding or upgrading seats can be
done anytime during your subscription year.)
To review what seat types you currently have and review what is currently
available, go to Org Management and select the Plans & Pricing tab.
IMPORTANT: New purchases will be charged to the credit card already on file. If you would like to use a different credit card, please login to Medbridge, go to your Billing tab then to change the card on file.
For subscriptions currently managed via Stripe (check your Billing tab), we temporarily need to manually assist with addons and upgrades. Please fill out this form to the best of your ability and we'll be in touch to help process your purchase.
