Seat Removal and Downgrades
If you are an admin and would like to remove seats or downgrade certain seat types from your plan during subscription renewal, please fill out this form as specifically as possible.
Requests for changes must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your subscription renewal date. Subscription plan reductions will not be accepted after your renewal has processed. (This restriction is only for plan reductions - adding or upgrading seats can be done anytime during your subscription year.)
To review what seat types you currently have and review what is currently available, go to Org Management and select the Plans & Pricing tab.
